Contact Tipsy Heat Customs within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If the issue was caused by a business error or shipping damage, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.
Standard shipping is $9.95 per order. Local pickup is free. Carrier delays, loss, theft, or damage after shipment are outside the business’s control.
